Okay, yeah double checking you're gonna want to block the location setting on Bitchat because it goes by GPS not IP
Although I guess with the teleport thing you could still get in your general region. As long as you don't go too many digits of precision, you could still maintain relative privacy.

I found the URL and double-checked what was showing in BitChat. And yeah, it's GPS based, not IP.
Of course, it is your device’s GPS (unless you disallow it or spoof it)
Right, I didn't know what it was going off of, but GPS makes the most sense. And considering my IP addresses is in Seattle, Washington and I'm physically in Ohio right now and bitchat is showing me in Ohio....
