I would agree accept that things like the Chinese Government exist. We need a strong counterbalance to that until the day we render governments obsolete.

I know, just let people keep their tax money and don't limit the weapons they can buy. They're not going to nuke their neighbors who are buying their product.
The chinese government wouldn't stand a chance against a bunch of angry farmers with surface to air missiles.
