That a seasoned #GNU #Linux sysadmin takes *3 hours* to install #GUIX *2 times* on a #thinkpad despite following the *official* Manual Installation instructions is all that is wrong about #GUIX now.

I think I've installed GUIX once out of curiousity, it wasn't a good experience.

Installed it on hardware, that is. I've done it again on a VM and that was much smoother.

Apt install guix, then?
