I know "china", but my dad is ranting and raving about his new Ulefone Power Armor X11 Pro.
I don't think it's quite what you're looking for because I don't think it's killer fast, but rugged phones are the goat.
I've had an Ulefone Power 6s a few years back. It wasn't a good phone at all. I'd like to avoid that brand.
