Weightlifting this morning when I’m done planning/grading for school and then off to warping young minds into thinking math isn’t so bad!

You are a math teacher? Cool! My math teacher did not lift weights 😂

Haha. Well, I manage to do it once a week just to keep my muscles from melting away. This fall I’m going to try to increase to twice a week and see how it goes. I love running a lot more, but building muscle seems to be important for overall health, so here I am. lol
