BoP supports the immediate decriminalization of cannabis, and a full repeal of prohibition laws. Prohibition has empowered cartels, corrupted police forces, and undermined trust in governance.

3. Cannabis and Bitcoin Economy

BoP envisions a cannabis economy powered by Bitcoin:

Farmers and dispensaries transact in sats.

No GST, no banking middlemen, no surveillance.

4. Amnesty and Expungement

All non-violent cannabis-related criminal records must be expunged.
