Ok so if I am understanding this correctly then there is not a QR code that points to the @ type address. But a QR code tied to a LNURL address is static and does not need a predetermined amount, where a LNBC1 address is for sending invoices with a specific dollar amount that will expire in xx time. ???

This is a simple invoice for example. I created it directly in the note using #Amethyst client. (You can also creating it in your Wallet and copy/paste in the note)
