I’m on Damus and not seeing zaps… is it not available yet? Have WoS setup as lightning wallet.

you need the TestFlight version of Damus for Zaps.

Will it get into the App Store with Zaps bypassing Apples payment system and their cut?

i don't think, right? they're user payments or tips. Apple doesn't take anything from Venmo or PayPal.
