Next time you set a goal, make it twice as hard as you would usually do.
Train 3 times a week for 45 minutes in the gym? Make it 6 times for 1 hour, increased intensity.
Running 5 km? Run 10!
Working for 3 hours a day on your projects? Work for 6!
Ohhh, it will be discomforting or even painful... Absolutely! And this is where your gains were hiding.
