woo hoo more insane shit from client devs this morning

event IDs that are other than 64 hex characters long

so how i'm gonna deal with it:

- if they are short, they get padded with zeroes, presuming some stupidity with encoding PoW note IDs

- if they are long, they just get cut to 64 characters and most likely no result will be found anyway

there is nothing worse than the stupidity of people who think they are programmers because they know javascript, and then you see this kind of shit
