What is a reasonable minimum size for UTXO’s held in long term cold storage. Obviously best practice is to consolidate when fees are low but is there any advantage to not consolidating? Any threshold above which it doesn’t matter?

100k sats minimum due to fee pressure imo. Can be tiered based on access priority. 
Minimum 0.01 or 0.02 BTC for UTXOs.
Best practice for me is if i already have12 UTXO’s, that is the time I consolidate them. It is better to consolidate them in order to incur minimal fees when doing transfers that will require more than one UTXOs. ⚡️⚡️
IMHO nothing less than 1M but that's my personal preference.
I've been told that's weak and needs to be at least 3M.
My number is 10% cost in fees at 100x current sats/vbyte (for this example, let's say 1,000 sats/vbyte
- So if it'll cost you 140k to move a UTXO, you should have a minimum UTXO size of 1.4M
1m+ has always been my North Star.
