The Permanent Secretary for Agriculture and Waterways Dr Andrew Tukana during his official welcome advised officers to work smarter and to work together as the way forward. Thanking the Minister and staff for having faith in him to share his knowledge and work experience to make a change for the people, the PSAW sought the support of the staff to grow the sector.
