It’s arguing that it’s more “affordable” in the percentage of a workers wages today v then, as in budget wise it’s easier.
But that’s also just not true for a majority of folks (including myself btw)

Yeah I don't think anyone would agree that it feels more affordable at all.
Even if we're all collectively "making" more money than we might have been 5 years ago... The cost of everything has also increased in a non-commensurate way.
