Alright, this reads like something that should have been published 15-20 years ago. Really? We're holding people without trial for 23 years because they're not citizens and not being held on US soil? This should have been figured out years ago. Also, BBC can't do math. That mention planes hitting the world trade center and Pentagon but then they say a third plane crashed in Pennsylvania. Did you forget that the world trade center was two huge towers hit by two planes?

No I’m being really tongue in cheek here. They miscounted. However, on another note, BBC did report that Tower 7 had fallen already, and over the reporters left shoulder in the distance, Tower 7 could be seen still standing. It was a major blunder that this reporter was given that report before the tower had even fallen. You may still be able to find the video if it hasn’t been memory-holed.
