The suggestion that Slop is the sequel to “the era of Woke” is backward. Slop isn’t a result of ‘woke culture,’ but a product for the very audiences who complain about ‘wokeness’—it’s safe, soulless content designed to avoid anything remotely political, to say nothing and take zero risks.
Gotta make sure you don't trigger the snowflakes, so make your movie do nothing and mean nothing. 😂
