Is the gravy a cornstarch based gravy? Most of mine are roux based so flour. But I do make a mean cornstarch gravy for my loco moco.

Oh shit I love loco moco too. I used to get breakfast at a cafe run by a huge Hawaiian dude. One of my faves! 🥰

Yes. I get a 50/50 mix of ground beef & pork from the butcher for making it. Sooo good.
