How bad? Well you see, DMs on Nostr got cancelled for leaking too much meta data (people got creeper out by a screenshot of who and when [but not what] they were talking privately).
Dating apps typically need location data so that participants who don't desire long distance relationships (aka most of them) can chat people who are close by. That would require a new kind (NIP proposal).
Doing this will 100% increase bots. So a hash cash (proof of work) to post or pay SATs to post relay for this would be best to reduce all that noise.
It could also do to have some special indicator on your profile that you're even interested in dating as well. People getting hit up who were never going to be interested will get annoyed and the dating participants will have a harder time finding each other.
