zapstr.live will probably have videos in a different, either within zapstr or as a video-focused fork
I first want to talk to nostr:npub1r0rs5q2gk0e3dk3nlc7gnu378ec6cnlenqp8a3cjhyzu6f8k5sgs4sq9ac about this, but it seems that video+podcast+music is the same thing (look at vimeo, youtube, spotify, tidal, etc... they start with one but end up handling all because what these media-forms are is blurry)
It’s usually best to niche down and focus on one thing - easier pitch and idea to sell to a single audience.
The large platforms do everything because they grew enough from a single offer before expanding.

Agreed. Also helps to visualise what kind of users you expect - what target market, who are they, where can you find them etc - not for all, but for the small parts - would be easier to build, easier to find users. But this can also pivot based on user feedbacks (which is great because you have a bunch of users testing and giving feedbacks early on)
