Can Ecash tokens be programmed to pay out like a futures contract?

Example: I buy a token that can redeemed for 100 sats at a given block height if the Bitcoin price is above 100k but it is lower it’s worthless.

Seems like this could be an awsome way to build something like polymarket on Bitcoin!
