My question is, is that HGH spike useful even though it’s temporary?

I always hear people dismiss it, but maybe you can do something on that day like go, do a heavy weighting training session.

HGH is like man’s natural steroid. I think any increase would be good for both men who wish to maintain a lean athletic physique. But I don’t know I ain’t an expert 😂.

the critics say that the spike is temporary, so it doesn’t matter. While my thought is maybe it’s a timeframe window that you can use take action which can yield lasting benefits 💪

40 days, holy shit that’s a long time.

The increase libido is a huge Benefit hum.,. And it’s cheaper than viagra. Thoughts guys🤔

Don’t think I would ever be motivated enough to do a 40 day fast.

But I do try to do a 4 day fast every 3 months.
