First, this is unconstitutional.
Second, if any of the first 10 amendments (Bill of Rights) is successfully repealed then the Constitution of the United States will be successfully nullified. This is just fact; the CoTUS was signed/ratified only because the Bill of Rights was included.
Any repeal of any of amendments 1-10 is a de facto breach of contract.
The individual States would then be free to declare themselves countries or join with other States in a Federation etc.
I don’t get why people think this is not the case. It is. nostr:note1ck8j595dlc0xpyfzh7ulrmxgmmjmctnf50npmxzsrh993gjr2q0qy55mtd
The Texas gov and many other govs would immediately push for legislation making enforcement of this "law" illegal.

I’m pretty sure professor X is on the WEF payroll, I doubt he’ll do anything but ~toe~ wheel the line.
If he was, he wouldn't be interfering with the plan to use illegal immigrants to turn the South blue or shutting down Blackrock ESG by pulling Texas funds from BR accounts.
