The closer I get to the physical real estate market, having done a deep dive for a family home lately

The more obvious to me it is that unless you can leverage, it's a total waste of time

As a Bitcoiner, one wants as little money down in the investment as possible, with the ability to carry debt

Some of the numbers floating around are just mad

Think about buying land in a prime location, build your own house. If you do it right, then cost of land / build, you could atleast double your money maybe more. Once built mortgage against it. Buy bitcoin with cash. Basically you get the house for free and you get bitcoin to show for it. 😎

Buying a house traditional sense makes no sense, but we don't know any different, there is always a better way. ✊✊✊
