Why would someone pick anonymous over non-zap and vice versa?

So I gather

Zap = zapper is seen and sats are counted towards a specific note.

Anonymous = zapper is NOT seen but sats are still counted towards a specific note.

Non-Zap = same function as the lightning button on a users profile.
