You can't compare your eggs to powdered eggs tho, that's unfair.

The real comparison is when people tell you they can't even eat the high end cage free ones at the store because of some allergy it triggers.

I've been meaning to do a blind taste test between the cage free ones at the store and mine, but it's hard when there's are so perfect and uniform, it's obvious just opening them up which is which.
