'Tough Battles Ahead ... For Sure:' Musk Reacts To MegaUpload Founder Kim Dotcom's Claims That Biden's 'Corruption' Cost Tesla CEO $56B

==========

Kim Dotcom, founder and former CEO of Megaupload, claimed that the revocation of Elon Musk's $56 billion pay package is part of an ongoing campaign by the Biden-led government against Musk. Dotcom alleged that corruption within the Biden government led to Musk losing his pay package. Musk acknowledged the challenges ahead and criticized the judge responsible for revoking his pay package. Kathleen McCormick, the Delaware judge, ruled in favor of Tesla shareholder Richard J. Tornetta, who alleged that the company's directors breached their fiduciary duties by awarding Musk a performance-based equity-compensation plan in 2018. McCormick also presided over the lawsuit brought by Twitter against Musk over his acquisition bid for the company. Dotcom, currently residing in New Zealand, is facing extradition proceedings initiated by the U.S. government in connection to his shut-down Megaupload site.
