One thing I disliked most about working in a corporate setting is how rushed I felt every day

There was so such thing as taking it slow and steady throughout the day

Always felt rushed to get the work done as quickly as possible. Rushed to get a well-rounded meal in my body. Rushed to take a break, go for a walk to get some air

And the kicker.. the harder you work, your reward is more work and less time back in your day

Happy I’m taking this leave to slow my days down and take good care of my mind, body and soul
