People seeing responsible motherhood as a hobby, natural state of mind or some alternative of "not working" have no freaking clue what they're talking about.

Itโ€™s a 9-9 full time job

7/11

Theyโ€™ll be teens soon and itโ€™ll only get harder ๐Ÿ˜‚

And we will still be locked down sitting fiat ducks in apartment under mortgage and concrete, just to grow more tired if this shit.

Aww come on, donโ€™t be like that! The kids will be off to college, then itโ€™ll be you and nostr:npub1mu6e6ty69f3vp5tj333tesz5v64tksyj0gep5a6skg5qqznhdjzqmtzflr enjoying life

I literally hear "and then the kids will not be there anymore." I'm not tired of the children, I actually want to spend time with them. Somewhere where they're not dragged to our fucking big screen I'm threatening to pierce with an axe since it arrived. Where they open a door and get to sun, not drive an elevator to parking places and sad little playgrounds in a shade of huge dead buildings. I spent whole last year driving them, renting out cottage and killing myself over them reaching some nature.

I can't imagine how different things would be if I wasn't raising my kids so close to nature and easy to get them out in it.

Everybody tells me it's ok. I don't buy it. They don't fight when they dig in some mud or just beat nettles with sticks. They just talk for hours about something extremely important.๐Ÿ˜ In the apartment it feels like their energy is bouncing back off the walls and doesn't resonate well.

I think this is especially true of boys. They need wide open spaces as an outlet for their energy. Adults are low energy and can sit around in an apartment, but not young boys. They need to horse around

Yes. I never saw my boys calmly coloring for more than 30 minutes. They're fighting, battling, you can sense that inner pressure. It's like cubs learning to roar.

They need stimulation. Itโ€™s good theyโ€™re not glued to screens

Do you have a clue what motherhood (parenting) is about? Cuz I don't, except managing stress, improvisation and tiredness.
