Web or native mobile app that lets authenticated Nostr uses vote anonymously on Bitcoin BIPs.

How would you sort the anonymous part? Hashing the npub ?

the app could register that the nsec has voted, and in which BIP polls, but not record the relationship between the nsec and the specific vote cast.
