Using Phoenix over Tor works pretty nicely, but is Envoy an on-chain only wallet?

Does it just function as a hot wallet if you aren’t using a Foundation signer?

Envoy is on chain only for now and hot wallet functionality is in beta testing right now. Feel free to head to our TG group to join in the fun 🧡
