I narrowed down the problems to this (probably). The ground wires were chewed through behind my headlight. Fixing those removed those codes, but not the brake lights.

I checked back in this spot (perfectly designed for animals to nest) because I spent 5k a few years ago after animals chewed the wiring up.

I'm rigging these spots with barbed wire and anything else I can think of to hurt these fuckers.
