I don’t understand how every single podcaster promotes them yet I don’t know anyone that uses either service/product. Seems somewhat similar to that “honey” YouTuber scam that just got exposed.

AG1 is ridiculously overrated. Better Help can be great if you haven’t had good luck finding someone you can see in person that you really “like”.
