It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood here on the homestead. My snowscape is still just truly stunning. There’s still snow on all the branches, but the suns out today so that won’t last too long.

Got 3 files in 3 days in the loan line - which is awesome!

Best part of the day is always coffee.
