The thing is, nobody can. Such a trial doesn't exist. All vaccine trials are conducted against either another vaccine, or an adjuvant or other non-inert concoction. If conducted against an inert placebo, they'd all be thrown out for being unsafe.

Well I am glad you brought that up. First the measles outbreak happened following a mass vaccination campaign and even the vaccinated folks got it. Texas also doesn’t distinguish between wild measles and the vaccine induced strain. Second just like covid, their testing methods were flawed so a lot of the “cases” were asymptomatic. Lastly the two fatalities from that died due to me medical malpractice not measles, so tell me again how this “outbreak” proves anything? Feel free to fact check everything I said

Do you know the medical history of the Texan child that was reported to have died from Measels? There were a bunch of other morbidity, and.... wait for it.... the child was vaccinated against measles.
Now, perhaps you'd like to look at long term total health of vaccinated vs unvaccinated people. This study has been done more than once by pro vaccine researchers to finally discard all argument from activators.

Also as a sidenote, this lady I'm dating here in Bangkok got bitten by a cat yesterday and luckily she had taken the vaccine three years ago (when she got attacked then) so it's still valid vaccines but she still got a fever and all that crap.
Just a case study of why vaccines actually work and why, at scale you have outlying issues.
If the rate is 98% safe with 2% contingent (as an example), then it's in the best interest of the population to get vaccinated.
If it was even a 50/50 percentage chance, then that would be a problem, but it's not that low.
With the case of of a single child dying from other things would highlight immuno deficiency rather than vaccinations being the cause. Like you don't die from AIDS, you die from weak immune system, as it's not in the best interest of the virus to kill it's host.
In Texas, it was an outbreak. One child lead to two to ten and then to 100 which thankfully they managed to bring under control.
In 2025, this really shouldn't be happening
