When do you think Core will be bug free enough to consider bip300/1?

Bitcoin is software, so we'll have always bugs. But we're closer than long fix these bugs, mainly after v23, 24 and 25.
So when these are released you’ll consider drivechain?
Why not combine drivechain with a bug fix?
Until Network is enough ready for receive this soft fork. The idea of implementation is immature. About the bugs, well, if on Core haven’t bugs we can release, but is necessary have delay and check all the code before.
