Having a not great day, internally.

"Only you could get dehumanized by a famous rockstar" is not the compliment you think it is, self-soothing dialogue.

"Well at least you are pretty and effortlessly stylish" wasn't either, friend.

Had I been male, it would've went different, and that's just a fact. Ambition was never much fun for me, friends.

I have so much resentment toward SO many people today.

It bothers me my friend thought being pretty was any consolation for being able to work on a professional level with aforementioned rock star.

It bothers me greatly anyone on a personal level sees me that way.. that I should be satisfied being a visual thing they can look at, and not yanno... a person with talents, skills, agency.....

It bothers me that both someone I've known for 2 decades, and a famous rock star think it ok to diminish me in the same way.

Fucked to think my career would be in hands like that.

Fucked completely that I get treated that way by both complete amateurs, and people in the god damned rock and roll hall of fame - while BOTH acknowledge my achievements and excellence at the technical parts.

I hate them in ways I have no human words for, only clenched fists and gnashed teeth.
