I got back on Twitter a couple of days ago and there is so much garbage there, but I think the funniest shit is people raging about losing their blue check mark. Reminds me of people whose whole identity is what a great athlete they were in high school.

Feeling torn.
Going back to check it out made me realize how shallow and, quite frankly, retarded most of the conversations on there are. Every discussion and argument is surface level nonsense. There is absolutely 0 signal with regards to any topic discussed. I now only use it to quickly check what’s trending in case there’s breaking news i missed, but I don’t engage with anyone and don’t endlessly doom scroll anymore. It’s freeing.
