There’s a game I sometimes like to play, called no-self.

1. When walking fast, in the self. When walking slow, in calm energy.

2. Seclude, as there is constant confirmation of illusion between individuals, heightening anxieties.

3. Sleep on the ground so the self does not feel comfortable in the body, such that it mistakes it for home ownership.
