Just figuring out bergamot*, I already have an order for seeds/ tubers when I have them in the fall, let me know it should be no issue.

I haven’t thought of what I want to put in after the summer stuff is done outside of over wintering garlic and spinach.
I’ll have to check out bee balm/bergamot. I’d love to add it to teas etc. Honestly thought it’d have been more of a fair weather plant.
Yeah I have to be really careful. I won’t drink a herbal blend tea unless I can see the entire ingredient list. The trickiest thing is typically Herbes de Provence. Even ran into toilet paper with lavender in it. 🙄
