Replying to Avatar rabble

We can make it clear on nostr.com that there isn’t now nor will there ever be a nostr coin or token. That would make it a lot harder for scammers. And trademarks are using the state but it would stop the scammers from incorporating legal entities.

dicey situation of who owns that trademark and who becomes the arbitor who what is acceptable use of the nostr name, not the open source way

Use a neutral open source foundation with a limited mandate like the Linux or Apache foundation.
