Houses are a very expensive investment, requiring insurance, taxes, maintenance, and takes a while to sell. It would be way easier and cheaper to just hold Bitcoin which doesn't require insurance, maintenance, a realtor, and can be sold instantly or transferred if needed. Just wait till the boomers realize this.
