Look into the paid relay nostr.wine. And the filter. It saves you having to add extra relays as it rebroadcasts. The filter.wine is good for spam. nostr:npub18kzz4lkdtc5n729kvfunxuz287uvu9f64ywhjz43ra482t2y5sks0mx5sz will help I’m sure answer your questions
