I second this. Replace the foam part. Set the example of bitcoiners being frugal and smart, not poor and stingy.
No need to replace headset. Only the foam part. Stack some from China before the tatifs. These foams are probably around +/- 2000 sats per pair. I replaced them 2 times on my 10+ years old headset.
