So, on my way home from sales calls today, I stopped at a farmstead that has a 24/7/365 ‘store’ in a small self-serve store. Big commercial, double door freezer full off grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and rabbit, and a commercial fridge full of beef sticks, eggs, and lard.

I got a NY strip, breakfast sausage, and a dozen eggs.

By monday I’ll know if I’m getting on the 1/2 cow waiting list.
