Any way to apply a corrosion preventative after cleaning? We used to use a molybdenum disulfide grease on aircraft HF radio long wires. “Moly B”

I am trying vaseline this time. I live near coast and in an area where they brine the roads in winter, so corrosion is be expected.

Ok, worth a shot! another option might be a silicone grease. We would sometimes pack antenna chuck gaskets and washers with it. Let us know how it goes!
