It’s true what they say: pasta in the US is very hard to digest.

Bloating and discomfort always follow.

I eat it regularly in Europe and I never have side effects.

Interesting! A friend said she can eat bread in Latin America but not Europe. The gluten makes her depressed.

Depends where in Europe she is. Italian and French bread can only make you happy lol
