Does anyone have any experience/thoughts on #phoenixd? In general or especially with Alby Hub?

I’m about to enter my #bitcoin merchant era so trying to decide between that or another backend.

I have experience with Phoenix, I don't use it as a merchant. I can tell you it is expensive even for Lightning. Self custody is great but maybe you should try a custodial option to collect money, and once a day, move the funds to Phoenix or Zeus.

Are you referring to the mobile app? Phoenixd server says there’s a ~1% receive fee. I haven’t used the mobile app since it was removed from the App Store so I’m not sure.
