Yes. Hivetalk is like a zoom for nostr. Come join with just a username or join with nostr extension. Super easy and it works great.

Thanks. I actually need to do more stretching for back and wife was urging me to do yoga recently. Might just have to pay a visit soon

I find it to be very beneficial for my overall well being. I haven't practiced a ton but I am always glad I did. It's great for flexibility and healing injuries.
