Also amusing to think that this one line from LoTR reveals that orcs know about menus, which implies the existence of orc restaurants, and perhaps even orc cafes.

Alternate theories being,

A) It’s a throwaway line from the Peter Jackson film trilogy. It’s not in the books. Therefore, it’s not cannon.

B) The orcs only know about menus from their pre-orc days, when they were elves or men. Sadly, no orc restaurants or cafes exist.
