Was he close by? It relies on Bluetooth which only works close range when there aren’t many people using it.

When there are many people, it hops between Bluetooth devices to reach your target receiver.

I was wondering if this was the problem 🫂 I was standing close by but not right next to him cos he was brushing his teeth getting ready for bed and I felt I had already reached my annoying big sister quota for the day 😭. I’ll see if my other brothers girlfriend is willing to test it with me 🙏🏽 thank you!

It has a range of 10 - 100 feet. So you don’t need to be next to him but close enough. Make sure Bluetooth is on in both devices. :)
