I loved your essay because you're asking difficult questions and sharing honest opinions. I don't understand 80% of Nostr's tech but I'm here. If we are to grow as a community, as a protocol, then we must be willing to be open to dialogue, even when it stings....I see the validity of some of this content, the rest is above my pay grade. As a user, I agree the focus should be on improving the experience. My 2 cents- how can we expand our user base if we refuse to leave our backyard? The echochamber is real- IMHO.
